COURT MEDIATOR

Mediation in various forms accompanies us in everyday private life as well as  professional.

It happens that by downplaying a seemingly trivial quarrel, it often turns into an open conflict, the solution of which is beyond our possibilities.

My name is Przemysław Wysocki and I am a Constant  Court Mediator.

A Court Mediator is a person of public trust who is guided in his professional life by confidentiality, impartiality and is neutral towards the subject of the dispute. Indispensable  part of mediation is the voluntary nature of each party that  he takes part in it (this rule also applies to the mediator) and  acceptability of all participants  as to the rules  concerning the course of mediation.

He has been dealing with debt recovery for over 10 years. In my professional life so far, I have used agreements and settlements for a long time.

I have been looking for an alternative to court proceedings for a long time, which would allow the dispute to be informalised, and mediation is undoubtedly such an alternative.
